Enschede has it all
As the Enschede City Centre Management Foundation (SBME), we want to
strengthen and increase the feeling of 'being proud of Enschede'. We know
the interests and we’re aware of all the challenges our city faces. The
SBME wants to work thoughtfully and purposefully on the development of
Enschede as the capital of Twente.
As an organisation we want to take on our role in the region. We believe
in a structural cooperation, based on equality, to successfully take Enschede
to a higher level.

A common goal
The SBME is a partnership of public and private parties in the city
of Enschede. Creating opportunities together by using resources with the
common goal to strengthen the attractiveness, economic interest, experience
value and pride of Enschede.
With our expertise, broad experience and an extensive network, SBME
is the connecting factor to grow Enschede into the vibrant capital of Twente.
We are an independent party which makes us extremely flexible to, with
a keen eye for detail, take the right (and extra) steps in the field of
policy and execution.
